Being one of the most important aspects of reducing turnover and providing patient-centered care, costs related to hygienic management, maintenance, and training were also considerable relative to the services.
Having strict standards for maintaining standards can assist in all these objectives and quickly help generate revenue. Studies have demonstrated that enhancing services and equipment maintenance can aid patient-centered care, which is associated with enhanced organizational facilities and more employee sense of community (Edgman-Levitan & Schoenbaum, 2021). It is also based on the fact that more efficiently working machinery can be achieved through equipment maintenance. Conversely, this service charge can motivate employees to work with patients more.
Link Between the Organization’s Mission and the Project
To enhance care for the elderly population, the project aims to assist the organization’s mission of providing patient care and interprofessional collaboration.
The aim of the present project is to enhance financial performance while ensuring patient-centered care and employee retention.
By providing patient-centered care, the budget hopes to increase patient interaction within the hospital and increase their level of satisfaction. Likewise, the budget is based on retaining people by increasing rates through appraisals and compensation packages to decrease the turnover rate of the organization. As per studies, financially sound companies can plan more effectively for strategic improvement of patient care (Dennis, 2019); therefore, budget accuracy and efficiency allow the hospital to focus on aspects such as personnel development, training, and retention, which also function in favor of improving the effectiveness of patient care.
Conclusion
Effective budget management is thus the key to the present assessment to maintain financial stability and enhance standards of care for the organization. By guiding each phase and ensuring the budget aligns with profitability, strategic planning can assist with process improvement.
Conversely, implementing feedback loop suggestions, remaining cognizant of change, and performing continuous monitoring can all enhance employee productivity.
Lastly, the mission and end objective of the organization—providing patient-centric care—are tied to the budget.
