According to Wentworth et al. (2019), my actions were parallel with the chosen framework of the ANA Code of Ethics. By addressing the breach and reporting it to the appropriate authority, I upheld the principles of patient confidentiality and safety. I also demonstrated ethical accountability by taking corrective action to prevent future breaches. This ethical approach ensures that patient trust is maintained, and the organization continues to prioritize patient welfare in accordance with both the ANA Code of Ethics and the workplace code of ethics (Wentworth et al., 2019).

Conclusion
This self-assessment experiences within the healthcare setting. Through reflection and analysis, I have identified areas of strength and areas for improvement.
